New home with spacious bright walk out basement has 2 large newly furnished rooms up and 2 down featuring the coolest basement ever! You can relax in the hot tub with private gazebo, or have fun in the games area featuring darts, pool table, big Jenga, arcarde and board games! Large kitchen & living room upstairs, also full kitchenette in the basement as well! Wifi, Netflix, cable & prime! Tv in every room!

This new home is in a family close so it's very new, safe and desirable. Close to all amenities, westerner park/centrium pavillion, restaurants, lounges, arenas, shopping, walking trails, parks, canyon ski hill and has with ample parking.

Tv's in every room (cable, netflix, prime), wifi, kitchen plus basement Kitchenette/bar, mini fridge, wine fridge, pool table, dart board, board and yard games, Big Jenga, arcade games, beer pong, the ultimate games area, hot tub, gazebo, bbq, heaters, fire table and patio area right outside the spacious bright walkout. Infloor heat, free laundry room use, upstairs and downstairs patios.
Upstairs there are 2 furnished rooms one King with an enusite 12 x 14 and a queen room 10 x 10.3 basement has Xlarge King room is 12 x 13 sq ft and Queen room is 10 x 10!
Entire house is 1270 sq feet of amazing space fully developed!
Microwaves, air fryers, toaster oven, coca cola hot dog/bun cooker, pots, pans, blender, cups, plates, bowls, cutlery and so much more! Fridge upstairs has water/ice maker there is also a small freezer downstairs as well!

Summary: Our family was gathering in Red Deer from many destinations for my Father's Memorial Service. Liisa was so accommodating with all of my questions before, during and after our stay. Her home is impeccable and was perfect for our group. The game room is fantastic, and allowed for us to have a family evening with some visiting upstairs while others playing and socializing downstairs. We highly recommend this property, and thanks again to Liisa for being such a welcoming host.

Summary: In this house you will find everything you need and more. Very clean and tidy place. Great for a large company vacation, there is a lot of entertainment for every taste. Well equipped patio, large jacuzzi. The only distraction was presence of video recording devices around the house. Overall we had a very cool time in this house, and we sincerely recommend

Summary: Loved our stay in this place. We had 2 families with 4 adults and 4 teenagers and the house was perfect for our size of group. The hot tub was a hit and very well kept along with the basement activities to keep the teens busy (pool/darts/bean bag toss). House was clean. Good neighborhood and Liisa was very helpful and responsive to any questions. We also made a request for a bit later checkout and she was more than happy to accommodate us! All was good for our stay in Red Deer and would book again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much and would happily stay again. Liisa was incredibly easy to keep in touch with, polite, and helpful. The house was modern and exceptionally clean, with loads of room for our party of 2 adults and 5 teenagers. The recreational spaces (hot tub, games area, downstairs 'bar' area, and living room - not to mention that every room had its own TV) kept everyone entertained and offered lots of space to stretch out and relax. We enjoyed being able to cook a couple of meals during our stay and appreciated using the beautiful and well appointed kitchen, plus seating at the dining room table for 8. Thank you for a wonderful time, Liisa!

Summary: What a great way to get the Christmas season started in style. The place was immaculate, stylishly furnished, well stocked and the whole main floor was ready for Santa to arrive. We could have booked an extra day (if we had the time) to take advantage of he pool table and hot tub...time)

Summary: A few of us stayed here for 2 nights and it was great! Good location for what we were in town for. Perfectly clean with everything you need! Would’ve liked to know that there was cameras in the common places of the house but that wasn’t a big deal for our group. Will recommend to friends!

Summary: We stayed for 10 nights and had a fabulous time. Lisa is very accommodating. She was very prompt with responses to our questions and was very upfront about any issues or interests. There was plenty of space for a group of 6 to eat, sleep and relax without any issues. It really felt like a home away from home and more. The hot tub was a nice bonus to tend any sore muscles after a game. The location had easy access to major roads and restaurants. Lisa - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
